Bought a house in 2013 that they guaranteed the basement to stay dry & within a year we started getting water in the basement again & they came & said they knew the drainage pipe was going to fail & said they could fix it for $1800,it should have been fixed free of charge if they stood behind there work. Why would you want someone that knew the pipe was going to fail try again for more money?

Hired for basement finishing and water proofing. Job took way longer than quoted and the price kept climbing. Owner hung around to socialize more than to focus on the actual job. One whole day of work was dedicated to his team assembling a table saw in my house (I took a day off for that) vs finishing the job. Once project commenced, scheduling was at his convenience/ discretion further dragging out the completion. Would definitely never hire again.
