Where to begin...many times (any) services rendered meet our expectations and we depart satisfied for our dollars spent...it is refreshing to find a company that not only delivers what they espouse to be, but is willing and interested in offering guidance toward any / all goals surrounding technological needs. I live out of state and required someone to help my parents with some routine to intermediate home technology needs: resetting a router, linking devices to the wi-fi, connecting everything so they worked together, etc. Blair was easy for me to communicate with over chat and email and more importantly, he was patient and very helpful with an active but technically challenged older couple. An hour+ of his services saved me a lot of time and got some new devices out of boxes and into use. Actively recommend.

I was very satisfied with the excellent and professional service I received with the installation of several tech items by Resident Nerd. I'm especially happy with the Harmony Companion installation and having one device to operate my TV and streaming apps. I highly recommend this company.
