I have been using this service for decades. I have never been disappointed. I had them service two locations at one point in time when I owned a Summer home in Templeton. When they do a job it is well done and is not necessarily something that needs to be repeated on a monthly basis. They do not manufacture or project out the possibility of a problem in order to sell you something. They are not trying to sell you something that you dont need. Services: Termite inspection, Bee extermination, Bug & insect extermination, Ant extermination

I had them come out in the spring for a mice problem at a rental property in a Fitchburg. My tenant literally said it was an overweight guy who couldnt even climb into the attic to throw some baits down. Said are you sure this will work, that guy wasnt here long at all. They told me the service doesnt include any sealing of holes or anything (told me no one really does that) but they guarantee their work (cost $450). Mice came back shortly there after but I wasnt going to waste my time working with them again. I didnt realize how terrible the service was until I used a better place. They thoroughly inspected the apartments and sealed holes and literally laughed at the previous baits saying the company was a sham of thats what they used. Came back months later to say my experience was less than impressed and would suggest others look around before using. We get we got fleeced for $450.
