Scott is a great guy. He takes the time to handle the case and assist you in any way you need. His services are top notch and the prices are great. I would highly recommend Scott if you feel youve been wronged as an employee. He is very informative and knowledgeable about the laws of employment. I have had an ongoing battle with the Department of Unemployment since COVID started. I am self-employed and applied for Unemployment assistance for the time in my life during the Pandemic. Almost 2 years after I had received benefits from DUA, they sent me an email telling me that I owed all of it back because they said I was in Full Time Employment, which I was not, during the time that I had applied for it. I ended up appealing the case and after 1 year of fighting with them, I received a ruling in my favor and they said I was entitled to all of my benefits. Unfortunately, DUA would not update their records and insisted that I still owed them over $20K. I called them 9 different times and sent 3 letters to them with no positive results. That is when I knew I needed some legal help.

Within a week, his contact got back to us and said that there had been a glitch in their system and they were able to completely wipe out the $20K that they had said I owed them! In a week, Scott was able to do what I could not do in 6 months!
When I asked Scott how much I owed him, he said nothing. You just don't meet many people these days that are such a class act. I am beyond thrilled with what Scott has done for me.
