Karen and the Coaches at Curves are excellent! The gym is clean, friendly and accommodating. The nutrition program is great! I have been a member for 3 years. Highly recommend

Curves Topsfield is great! There are in-person and on-line options. I attend 3 days a week in-person using exercise equipment that is a complete body workout. Well designed and completed in an efficient 30-minutes. Also, I use the on-line option which uses resistance bands. Got into loving the on-line during shutdown, and find now it helps when my schedule is crowded!So far, I've reduced body fat and gone from size M to S. I've reduced that dreaded arm jiggle too! I find exercise improves my attitude, which carries me through the day with better energy.Curves Topsfield is clean, friendly, with staff that is encouraging. I've met ladies from all over the North Shore there as it is convenient to Routes 1, 97 and 95. It is also located near a post office, hardware, bank, gift shop, etc. so I can easily check-off a workout and errands!
