Jason and the team at JS Hardscapes are awesome. From design through contracting and execution Jason is extremely easy to work with and very responsive to all questions and ideas. I am so happy with my retaining wall. The crew that worked on my job was polite, hard working and were diligent in leaving my property as clean as possible at the end of each work day. They completed my project in less time than had been originally projected, even with having to briefly stop to address a minor issue from a project completed by another contractor. Without a doubt I would definitely work with Jason and the team at JS Hardscapes again.

Jason and his excellent team installed the coping around our new in-ground pool, the stonework around our new raised spa, a patio around the pool, and a retaining wall. We worked with Jason for about 8 months on this project (we hired him before the pool installation even began.) He was always available for questions, worked seamlessly with our other contractors, and provided fair and reasonable advice. The level of service we received was above and beyond anything I've experienced. JS Hardscapes was the only hardscape company we found that was able to take our ideas and turn them into a 3D design of the space so that we were completely clear on what we were agreeing to, and how changes affected pricing. Before meeting with Jason, we had some general ideas of what we wanted, but we didn't have a true vision. Jason was able to build off our ideas, advise us based on his own experience, and show us variations. His counsel was invaluable. The level of detail put into the planning stages really set this company apart from any other hardscape vendor we interviewed. It was the first indicator of the meticulous nature of the team. Jason acted as a pseudo-project manager and kept us apprised of the schedule and any issues or questions that came up. The entire team was also fantastic to work with. They were all conscientious, professional, and respectful. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

We are very pleased with our new retaining wall. The work was done in a week and the crew were friendly and very hard-working. They were very careful not to damage our deck while demolishing the old wall and building the new one. It is beautiful and will no doubt last a very long time!

JS Hardscapes is exceptional! I contacted Jason after randomly finding his website. I was unable to convince three other hardscape designers to help me create a large patio connecting my pool to my home. I wanted to use the same tile (Silver Travertine). Existing rain water buildup issues was also a concern. When Jason met with me, he offered to do a 3-D design which was perfect! I was able to see what the finished product would look like (it was exactly as pictured upon completion). He was confident that he and his expert team could make it work with my unusual tile of choice and water issues. I found Jason and his team (Chris and Kyle) to be professional, highly experienced, meticulous, and an absolute pleasure to work with! My patio is picture perfect! The design completely took care of any potential water issues. Thank you, guys! :) I would HIGHLY recommend JS Hardscapes for your next outdoor project!
