        Initially we were very disappointed in the renewal process. The insurance was set to rise approx. 90% from the previous year. Justine McGuire was very helpful in finding a more reasonable policy which still raised our rate about 15%. Was not happy with the first attempt at nearly doubling our rate, but the more reasonable 15% rise was more palatable. Thanks to Justine.
