This place is the worst towing company in Massachusetts Their customer service skills are horrendous then they towed my vehicle after a accident on the highway and they didnt even put a bag on my Windows that blew out when I got out the hospital to go get my belongings out of the car all my things were wet moldy everything was destroyed they didnt give a s* it about my personal belongings my wife & I were in the hospital a little over a month when I show up they had the nerve to ask me what took me so long to come get my things them clearly seeing the condition of the car which was totaled by far the worst place to deal with no wonder the Massachusetts state police use them cause there all the same rude & selfish save yourself a headache dont call these clowns I rather wait three hours for another tow company then to deal with them!!! Had my car towed after an accident. I didn't choose this place. It was impossible to get them on the phone. I kept leaving messages with the answering service and they would never call me back. My insurance company made arrangements 4 times to tow my totaled car out of Gaskell's to their salvage yard. They showed up 2 times as scheduled and no one was there. The third time they showed up they were denied access to the car because I had to sign a release for it. I couldn't do that because they wouldn't return my calls. Finally on the 4th attempt they were able to pick up the car. The entire situation of being involved in a hit and run was awful. Gaskell's made it so much worse because it slowed down processing my claim by more than a week. At the same time they were charging my insurance company storage fees everyday the car was there. Essentially they held my car hostage for as long as they could until my insurance company threatened to involve lawyers. Very poor business practices. Literally the epitomy of a rip-off towing service. In response to owners response, my car was the silver 2020 Corolla. I'll add to my experience by saying I personally went by multiple times and called multiple times. Each time getting your answering service. When I asked "when is this place open?" the response I received was "I don't know". Because of the fact that I called multiple times without response, I am more inclined to believe my insurance company. In addition, I understand that you needed my signature to release the vehicle, but I didn't know that because NO ONE would return my calls. I finally found that out from my insurance company after they were denied the ability to have my car towed away. Not from you despite leaving multiple messages. After trying to reach you for nearly a week I had a friend call. He was able to reach you and you responded that no one had contacted you regarding my vehicle. I personally had left multiple messages, as did my insurance company. After that experience I can only believe that you were ignoring us.

BE AWARE! This guy lied to my face and charged me for it. My son was in an accident and I asked him to tow the car less than a mile to my mechanic. I wanted to call my own tow truck but he insisted that the police wanted him to do the tow (which wasnt true). He proceeded to tow the car to his place which was much further away and charged me for storing it. When I tried to pick the car up he always had an excuse as to why he couldnt be at his place to release it to me. I finally got him to meet me and when I asked him why he didnt tow it to the place I asked he LIED TO MY FACE and said that I never mentioned it to him. Just know that in my experience he is dishonest and is just looking to take advantage of people in a bad situation. Service: Car towing
