I hired this company for my sister's bachelorette. The owner was very responsive, and easy to work with. Sadly, my sister's wedding was cancelled due to COVID19, but the owner was patient and responsive after we changed the date multiple times, and then the location. In the end, when we had to cancel he was very understanding and refunded the deposit immediately. The customer service through this experience has been incredible, and I will definitely hire them in the future!

Driver was very punctual , nice and got the job done. However, our party was on a hot day In July and we kept complaining to the driver to please turn on AC. He kept saying it was on and they had just fixed Ac. He than came in the bus and realized it was hot and he notified supervisor and was told it was already fixed. Once we pulled to drop off location bus was releasing smoke from the bottom so we had to step off and call it off early. We did not use our full 6 hours because broken AC and smoke did not allow. I did text supervisor about our encountered problems but he didnt seem to care. Even tho price was reasonable I will not use them again.
