One of the best doctors I have ever had, the other dude who reviewed focused on time constraint issues and sure they have their flaws with that, but so does every medical facility. Who cares about waiting 45 minutes if that 45 minutes leads to finding a great quality and potentially life-saving and definitely life-altering doctor!? To put it simply, the other 1 star reviewer has extreme tunnel vision. They focused on one obscure detail while ignoring the quality of care, doctor's knowledge and the application + success of treatment. Hallmark Health's GI office has provided me with the BEST QUALITY Gastro-Intestinal Physician of my life. He was very passionate about helping+healing people, and saving lives, which makes all the difference between doctors whose passion is profitability. Even when my doctor discovers an ailment is not GI-related, he is dependable with recommending quality outside doctors+surgeons I can trust. This doctor cured me of a life-threatening disease. I later developed a hernia, a non-GI issue, and my Doctor still gave me great advice for my situation, but also promptly referred me to a very qualified and accredited surgeon who could remove my hernia. So getting down to brass tacks and giving a TL;DR for everyone who wants a quick answer: 1) Hallmark Health's office staff is very kind, friendly and welcoming. They are everything you would hope for in office staff. This goes for both the front desk staff and the nursing staff. 2) The nurses are caring, knowledgeable and do a great job assessing and notating the symptoms and issues their patients are facing. This way the doctor has a great foundation of patient information pertaining to their illness. 3) The doctor is very thorough. He uses every available medical treatment tool at his disposal to offer the bet quality care for his patients and it has resulted in extremely positively life-altering changes in my health and obviously in my life. 4) The doctor puts the patient's health above everything else. He does not let semantics, bureaucratic rules, or any other pharmaceutical hurdles hinder him from making what he believes to truly be the correct decision. 5) The doctor acts fast and saves lives because of it. He is shining example of virtue in the field of medicine. 6) My Hallmark Health GI-Doctor is clearly a good hearted man who prioritizes patient health and quality+efficacy of their care FIRST. Its surprising how many doctors put profitability first and foremost, and this opposite attitude leads those doctors to a lifetime of cynical indifference to the quality of their care. 7) This is a facility run by people who care. This is a facility you can put your trust in. My Experience: Great doctor, great staff, great facility.. These are all understatements. Thank you so much to Hallmark Health for all you have done for me. You played a huge role in saving both my health and therefore my life, which gave my life more stability by eliminating chronic illness and treating the GI ones to minimize their affect on my life. And this allowed me to blaze a new trail, for myself, my life and for my loved ones defined by maximized success, college graduation, being a more effective full time father, and so much more! All because this great facility helped me to prevent illness from holding me back. I still have a ways to go, but I 100% trust my health in their hands.
