I first saw Dr. Luber in 2015 for a "frozen shoulder" (adhesive capsulitis). In the following years, up to the present, he has taken care of my ailments, be it a severe knee pain, a torn meniscus, or an inflamed IT band. During all my visits, he never rushed me like most doctors and surgeons do. His patience and kindness were arms of support for me. His blessing from God is the power of intuition, which he readily uses to hone in on the injury at hand. He has taken the time to listen and show mevia pictures and detailed descriptionthe reasons why there is bodily pain and discomfort. He has proven to be a double doctor. On a physical level, he is a skilled orthopedic surgeon. On a subtle level, he is a doctor of the mind. He removes the heaviness off the mind of the patient by healing them with his clarity of medical knowledge. He is an asset to NEOS and I wish him and his family all the best of health and good wishes for many more years to come.
