We hired them to fix a few things on our roof from our home inspection. I was taken aback at first when I was sitting in my house, eating lunch and suddenly heard people on the roof. The guys working were nice and I communicated with them through Google Translate on my computer. After they did the work, we reached out to the owner every day trying to get pictures of the work and a way to pay online, but he never responded. We sent the check in and do not have a ladder, so we can just hope that everything was done properly. Service: Roof repair

We cannot say enough about what a positive experience we had in installing a new roof on our home with Nguyen Enterprise Roofing & Construction. The new roof exceeded our expectations and the customer service was outstanding. Every member of the team was professional and hard working. In addition to the beautiful new roof, Nick worked with GAF to help us settle a past warranty claim with another unscrupulous roofing company that we used after the derecho last August. I would highly recommend Nguyen Enterprises who came to our rescue after another company walked off the job. The crew that Nick sent to us to redo and finish siding our large two story house were very professional, always on time, and everyone knew their own job in the process. The house looks fabulous. Our son contracted with them also after the devastating Derecho hit our city of Cedar Rapids Iowa. Service: Gutter installation
