      image Dr. Quartz is kind and knows what hes doing. I love bringing my kids to him and myself. He has never got our perscription wrong. I definitely recommend him if you want to get your prescription right the first time!

      image They are unbelievably rude and not helpful. The receptionists, the doctor, and the medical assistants. I went there for an appointment and was shocked at how i was treated. I am not going back. Very disappointing.
