Unfortunately they didn't offer the service I was looking for but did offer another company who might help! Very professional and really nice! I will come here for my non automotive glass next time I need it!

Came quickly to do their estimate. Dave was very professional. Priced fairly. Can't wait to get my new windows . Will post pictures then

Would have given them 0 stars if it was an option. I could not have had a worse experience than I did with ABC Glass. They were hired by Pella to replace two glass window units that had factory scratches on the inside of the glass. Had to have a technician return to reinstall the fiberglass frame trim that was not installed correctly. I had to adjust another sectuon myself that they had installed incorrectly. One of the windows leaked creating a pond in the floor in my new great room causing my brand new hardwood floor to buckle. They came out and their technician found that the bottom of the window had not been properly seated against the gasket. He made the repair and caulked the bottom exterior of the window, something the Pella rep was surprised they hadnt done initially. I received a letter saying they didnt feel the damage was their fault because there was no damage right below the window. They lied and stated that they did a water test after the initial glass replacement. I was home during their repair work and they did not perform a water test. This is not a principled company, buyer beware!
