        They started 32 minutes late and then had two lines split t 4 by letting people in the back who have been here 5 minutes ahead of me. You really don’t care. I will take it up with the city and state. You should have your contract terminated.

        My Dad is being treated for leukemia. We called for an ambulance. Unfortunately, it was AMR. He was having trouble breathing wanted to go to Holyoke Hospital(his doctor was waiting for him).The supervisor said no he could only go to Baystate or Mercy. The patient is paying for the ride it should be their decision.

        These people brought my 92 year old grandmother home with a thin blanket in freezing, snowy temperatures. Did not allow us to help her and couldn’t get her in the house. They couldn’t lift the stretcher up a couple stairs. These people were extremely rude, careless and let her die from hypothermia.
