        The person who runs the front counter (Ms. Cook) certainly does not like to help customers at all. When I did business with her, everything was a hassle to her and nothing was urgent unless it was deemed so by her discretion (which it never was). She was always the only person working in the office so I never could luck out and have the pleasure of dealing with someone who appreciated my business keeping his/her paychecks coming. There are far too many insurance agencies in the area so that, luckily, you're not in a position where you have to choose Magoon. Do yourself a favor by bypassing them all together and going elsewhere so you can know what it feels like to have your business appreciated.
