Frank Marchand has done a superb job of taking care of my plumbing needs for the past 40 years. Most recently he put in a new hot water heater. He’s reliable, quick to get back to me after I leave a message for him, clearly explains his solutions to my plumbing needs, promptly takes care of the problematic issue(s)…..all done with a smile and a sense of humor. Haven’t found anyone more reliable and caring as frank is! My mother in law had an issue with water rising in the cellar after a bad storm and like a true super hero he took care of it quickly and efficiently! I will always recommend frank to anyone who needs his expertise

frank! what a guy. who would dare to imagine a knowledgeable, professional plumber who also happens to be an amazing all-around human? plumbing emergencies are not to be desired, but i look forward to my next encounter with the honorable mister frank marchand.

First time customer and very pleased! It was a small repair, but Frank returned my call promptly, arrived a short time later and the repair was completed right away. So courteous and professional! We are fortunate to have Frank Marchand Plumbing in our area.
