        Out of the 2 times I've needed to take out money at the somerville location after hours, the ATM didn't offer the withdrawal option so I had to go to the Cambridge location which always works. Saw someone go in after me to get slapped in the face after also. Both locations should have the ATMs available for use. Seems like the Cambridge branch is doing better.

        Staff are very rude and unwilling to help. Go as far to make snickering comments about you while your sitting 5ft away. Need a restructure of staff or at least a course on customer service Etiquette.
