I called 6 roofing companies who either never called back or didnt have availability for weeks before contacting Cunha Construction. Jordan came out first thing the next day to take a look at a leak. We both agreed the most likely culprit was water backing up the shingles from the gutter during very heavy rain and adding flashing would be the best first step to try and stop the leak. Jordan had flashing tape in the truck that might work, but said although slightly more expensive (still affordable), it would be better if he went back out and got lead flashing for a more permanent solution. He was honest in explaining that because there was no obvious damage to the exterior roof, the flashing might not stop the leak and if so hed have to come back out to reassess the issue. Im happy to say that 6 months later the leak hasnt returned and I just finished painting the interior ceiling that had water staining. I would absolutely call him again or recommend to a friend.
