Great local company. Very friendly which is a must these days for anyone to get my business. They are very professional and organized. Lots of work goes into removal but no issues and they cleaned up after not only my yard but a couple neighbors as well that got debris.

We had an excellent experience with Dillon Tree Service! After our last major storm, it was clear we needed to take down several old maple trees on our property before they took out the power lines. We called a few days before Christmas and were pleasantly surprised that they were able to fit us in. Greg and his team were efficient and courteous at every stage of the process--no mean feat, given the complexity of the job! Start to finish it took just under two hours for his crew to cut down three trees and clean up the yard, leaving it in immaculate condition. I also want to give a shout-out to Barbara, who runs the office, who handled all of my calls with good humor and helpful information. We will definitely be using Dillon Tree Service again!

I am a home owner on the Westside of Worcester in the Tatnuck region. I had a goal to get a particular tree cut to a Y shape for a future tree house. The owner John was very courteous during my consulation, giving a full scope, of all the logistics and the project, to potentially be completed. He gave you a fair estimate, including all the following; explaining they are a fully insured business, theyll have a Police detail for the roads, and we were fortunate his estimate was the spot on price. I hired them. The project was to cut what I believe is a 75 year old Silver Maple that was near 90 feet tall. The danger was that it was constantly dropping large branches in my yard as it's deteriorating. Heavy branches extended partially over my fence line in 2 directions, including over the slate roof of my house. They came minutes after 8:00, it was like an army, and a team of workers, trucks, very high cranes, shredder, dump truck, and bucket trucks. They put down boards to protect your lawn, they have strategies to avoid phone and cable/internet wires. Very team oriented employees that all had their responsibilities. They had this guy attached to the crane that did the ropes, that was so slick, you'd think he was a stuntman in the movie Mission Impossible, with his gear hard hat and a mouth peice microphone communication device. The tree cutter in the bucket, John operating the crane, several people on ground to properly guide resting of the tree. The saw guys at ground level waiting their part, cutting and a fork lift grabbing branches guiding into the shredder, and taking the thick part of the trees to place in pick up truck. They had another guy pick up all branches and used a leaf blower to clean up, and they left the yard as if they never even showed up, being completely done by 11:00. I likely will never use another tree service except Dillon Tree Service. They gave a lower quote and did more work then their competitors. They came in with all their equipment and in less than an hour had 2 trees downed that were in tricky spots. The cherry on top was not only did they do a great job but each and everyone of the guys was so friendly & profession. Keep up the great work.
