The laundry is awful. The washer and dryer machines dont work properly for years and despite calling the office many , many times, nobody does anything about it, and every time I call to complain , they say oh I never heard about it. So I have been going to a laundromat.Also, good luck having someone answering the phone at the office.
Update: months after and things never change. This is the laundry here. They got new machines a few months ago, but they are probably used or the ripest one in the market, because the machines never, never, never work!

I'm a single guy. I moved in a month ago in building 40. I don't know why there is bad reviews. I've met nothing but nice people here and have zero complaints. Nicole and Lauren at the front desk are great! Since I been here I have noticed everything has been maintained! Laundry works and whoever wrote that post on the speed bumps, maybe you should "DRIVE SLOW" Evel Knievel!

It's been great so far. Friendly residents and the grounds are kept very clean at all times. I find it to be a very peaceful environment and I hope to be here for years to come. My apartment is efficient and bright. My electric bill is not expensive.

It is a nice community and placed at perfect locution. maintenance respond to issues quickly and staff communicate very well about issues, events, and other things. They accept pets with some restrictions but very reasonable Great place and community to live in
