We have been with the same Insurance Agency out of Worcester for more than 20 years. Few years ago, they merged with the HILB NE Insurance Group. since then we haven't been satisfied with their services in spite of the fact that we have 6 Insurance Policies with them between auto, home, rental, and personal property. We struggled every time a policy renewal comes up. Rates goes up for no valid reasons and kept switching us from one insurance company to another which we didn't like. We finally decided to find another agency to handle our insurance needs. A friend of ours recommended Molinari Insurance Agency in Shrewsbury. I met with Dennis JR at the agency office and discussed the issues we are having with our agency and talked about our insurance need. our main Home and Auto Insurance policies were up for renewal soon and we had to act quickly. Within hours, YES within hours, Dennis sent me four (4) different proposals for the Auto and promised to send the Home proposals by the end of day or by the next morning. Later same day he sent three (3) proposals for the Home Insurance. Not only he has given us all these options, but also gave his advice and recommendation during the selection process. Within a day he finalized the polices we chose for the Auto and Home and took care of informing our previous insurance agency to cancel the renewal of both. We plan to move ALL of our insurance policies to Molinari Insurance Agency. They are very professional, very helpful, friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for an excellent insurance agency. I would say without hesitation that Molinari Insurance is "SECOND TO NONE"! Mamdouh -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This is my second review of Molinari Insurance Agency. As I mentioned in my first review that we had to move to Molinari Insurance due to the lack of service of our previous agency. We planned to move our remaining policies with our previous agency as they come to renewal. Hence we renewed our condominium insurance policy with Molinari when time came to renew it on 01/29/2024. The bank that held our condominium mortgage sold the mortgage to PNC Bank on 01/01/2024. Recently PNC Bank wanted proof of coverage for the period of 01/01/2020 to 01/29/2024. This month of coverage was under the Andover Insurance Company. I contacted them to provide me with the documentation needed but they referred me back to my old insurance agency. As I have expected, my old agency was not helpful and PNC bank was going to buy and charge me for insurance coverage for that month. I contacted Molinari Insurance, my current agency, and spoke with Fran. She said she would take care of it. And she did! She contacted the Andover Insurance company, Obtained the necessary documentation and emailed it to me. ALL within hours after speaking with her. Fran didn't walk the extra mile to help me out, this lovely lady walked the extra 50 miles to solve my problem. I can't say enough about Molinari Insurance and how sincere they are on helping their clients. I would say it again, Molinari Insurance is "SECOND TO NONE" and we are glad that we moved most of our policies to them. We will move the rest at renewal time. Thank you Fran for all your help!
