They provide dry cleaning & ironing services in a very good quality, especially shirts! Also we've used them for some alterations. We haven't had any issue, so far so good. Thank you!

When I returned to pick up my item I observed that they broke the zipper. They then claimed it was like that when I originally brought it in. I insisted that was not the case so he eventually offered to try to fix it. He asked that I return in 2 days. I returned in 2 days as requested and was then told he did not have the item so he asked me to give him another day. This did not work for me, so we agreed that he would have it ready later that same day. Thankfully the item was thereand the zipper was finally fixed on my THIRD trip back but the item was not completely clean. I suggested that he give a discount due to the significant inconvenience of several trips to the store after he broke my zipper and because the item was still stained. He insisted that I should pay full price and was quite rude about it. Really poor customer service. My family will never use this company again.
