Just moved to Norwell and visited for the first time to find out I had a chronic infection from a poor root canal years ago that my old dentist did not think it was important. Needless to say my introduction into this office featured a tooth extraction and bone graph with an implant once I'm healed. Dr Chan adjusted his schedule and fit me in right away to pull the tooth and clean it up. He was extremely gental with the novacane and I honestly had no clue he actually pulled the tooth until the assistant asked if I wanted to see it (which I said of course). I feel confident in my decision to have Dr Chan as my dentist moving forward. He and the staff were very nice and I liked the overall feel of the office.

It felt like the person who did my cleaning didnt know what she was doing. The cleaning wasnt complete, she didnt floss my teeth and i didnt even see the dentist at the end. My teeth dont feel like they normally do after my cleaning at the dentist. Also i refuse to do the pictures because i avoid radiation close to my thyroid gland since i have thyroid issues, they told me they wouldnt do next cleaning exam if i dont do the pictures..Since when pictures are mandatory to get a cleaning? I dont have any teeth or any pain in my mouth or anything..
