        I want to say thanks to Maffei, especially Billy and Jack, for getting my heat and hot water flowing again. Really good, timely work.

        I was very impressed with the technician.Ivan T.was very thorough.Explain the paperwork the process what they were doing.What needed to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable gave me some suggestions. Also, explained maintenance program which is awesome. They cleaned the blower and I'm very pleased. It was filthy. HE SHOWED ME WHERE THE FILTER WAS SOMETHING HAFFNERS DIDN'T DO and i had no idea how often and the importqance of keeping the filters cleaned. Suggested what other filter I could by buy cost effective. It was worth the money. I appreciate the hard work for both Ivan and his assistant and/or apprentice. Thank you. Should've taken the picture of the before....here's the after.
