Just had Wilfredo and his crew back for our third job with them. This time they completely tore out a (horrible) backyard, built a new paver patio and a path (connecting it to a smaller portion they did 5 years ago, which they actually tore out and redid to make the new portion flow better), poured footers for a floating deck, and laid sod. The yard is stunning. The entire team did a wonderful job. They were on time every day and cleaned up well at the end of each day. They finished the job promptly despite a lot of rainy weather. Wilfredo is honest about the feasibility of a job and the work needed. You can trust his insight and his work ethic. Worth every penny. Service: Custom masonry

Wilfredo and his team did an excellent job building a beautiful stone retaining wall at the edge of our property. They demolished and removed the mess of a wall we had and built a sturdy stone wall that keeps getting comments from people walking by. Wilfredo was helpful and responsive throughout the entire processes from quote to completion. He talked through the options, showed us similar work, and gave us a fair price based on the research we did. It's a daunting task to have this type of work done on your property, but they made it easy. We are very happy we chose AA&B and will have Wilfredo and his team back for any future projects. I had a great experience with Wilfredo and his team. My house came with a crumbling concrete side yard and a front yard made up of a bed of mulch with raised pavers that acted as a walkway, but were really more of a tripping hazard. I hired AA&B to replace the concrete with pavers, install a fence around my front yard and lay grass seed in my front and back lawns. AA&B carefully removed the concrete without disturbing the gas line and disposed of it. I also opted to pay extra to cover the disposal fee for the 4x4 beams that made up the perimeter of the yard. The finished job looks great and I got many compliments on it from friends and neighbors, but I would say the best thing about going with AA&B is Wilfredo's knowledge of landscaping and masonry. He gave me a lot of valuable insight that I appreciated as a new homeowner. My only issue is that during the installation of the pavers, AA&B noticed that the supports for my back steps had separated from their base and they didn't tell me until after the job was done. We did not put anything in the contract about the back steps, so I don't hold it against them for not letting me know, but I think the problem would have been easier to fix before the pavers were fully put in. On the other hand, AA&B also included three nice lavender plants to go along my fence and did not charge for the grass seed. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your next project. Wilfredo and his team at AA&B Landscaping exceeded all expectations. Installed an irrigation system and sod on Winthrop, MA. They used high quality components and included options like rain sensor and WiFi connectivity. Showed up on time and came back until every sprinkler head was perfect. I will highly recommend to all my friends and family.

We hired AA&B in March 2021 to completely design & redo our back yard, and to rebuild our front walkway. It was a pretty big project. We had giant tree stumps to remove, asphalt to be ripped up, ground to be leveled, and a fence to be replaced. They built us a beautiful patio, created a level area for the pool, put up a new fence, rebuilt a pathway in the front with pavers, built a raised bed along the front walkway for flowers & the like, and even incorporated a space for a vegetable garden in the back. They helped us select and then planted all the trees and shrubs. I loved that they improved on our ideas - if I wanted something done that wasn't really doable or realistic for the space, Wilfredo found a way to adjust the idea to make it work. Wilfredo, Cesar and the rest of the team are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were neat, on time, and so pleasant. The only delay we had was the delivery of the fence, which was totally out of their control because of COVID, shipping delays, lack of materials due to demand, etc. Other than that 1 week fence delay, everything was done as promised & on time. I'm absolutely in love with our new & improved backyard. After plenty of experiences with disappointing contractors, it's extremely refreshing to have a company show up on time, do their jobs very well, and to be there if you have questions or issues after the fact.
