My wife and I recently bought a house and hired ControlAir Systems Inc. to update our heating system. They were great - very responsive, efficient, and informative. They were also flexible when we asked for some additional work to be done. All in all, a great experience, and a company I would highly recommend to others.

Bad Experience. One of there technicians was a complete jerk and kept smoking cigarettes in our maintenance closet. The smell of smoke was going through the vents. Yuck!

Further, I spoke to our team and have accounted for the location of each technician for the week. None of our customers have reported anything like this, and smoking indoors would be very offensive and noticeable to everyone in the building.
