Floral Designs by Gene at Flower Gallery and Gifts

I initially thought this was going to be a good experience. The floral designer was very personable. I informed him I was sending the flowers to my son. Unfortunately, my son did not receive the flowers until several days after they were delivered to someone in the lobby. By that time, the flowers were wilting. I contacted the business and there was no offers to correct the problem. The owner contacted the driver who stated he gave the flowers to someone at the desk. In the future, I would recommend that the company get in the practice of acquiring someone to sign for the delivery; that would enable the consumer to follow-up with a responsible person. A waste of money and lost opportunity to bring joy to a loved one.

Gene personally called me to discuss my order because he didnt have each specific flower that I had ordered. He ended up making me a custom, absolutely beautiful arrangement. I was very happy!

I ordered flowers from Gene's for my mom's 87th birthday. She absolutely loved them... it's been a week and they still look beautiful! Thank you Gene, it was a pleasure working with you and for making my mom's day special. Highly recommend.

Had used Flower Gallery for years when I lived closer. Recently ordered an arrangement for a friend in the area whose brother had passed. She called to let me know how beautiful the arrangement was. Gene was awesome.

I have to say the flowers I have received are some of the most beautiful flowers, unique designs, and absolutely the longest lasting I've ever had. Very professional staff and accommodating, you won't be disappointed
