Atlantis Towing | Quality Towing and Recovery, Affordable Towing

Just horrible. My insurance chose this company for road side assistance. I believe this is the 2nd time they did. And both times were bad! I even asked my insurance many please do not send the same towing company and they still did. So shame on liberty mutual for contacting terrible suppliers for service. I scheduled a 7:15am pick up today and they decided not to show up. Last time it took them 5 hours. Even though the app stated they were about 15 minutes away. They do not pick up the phone at all. I thoughtfully scheduled a 7:15am pick so that they can drop it off to the body shopt so that my car can be ready later in the afternoon so that I can handle my business and pick up my child and go to work. Just horrible. I do not recommend. Service: Car towing

They told me they would arrive in 30 minutes on 4 different occasions. I waited 5.5 hours and then ended up calling the company again for my 5th check in to find out I couldnt reach anyone. Absolutely terrible company. They never ended up coming. They were also unfriendly and unhelpful over the phone . Will never use them again

First off, I didnt choose this company for roadside assistance, my insurance company did. No communication between us and Atlantis, just a text with 90 minutes eta and driver contact info. Well, 2 hours later no tow truck, so we called the giving contact number only to be answered by a guy that sounded like he just woke up. He was rude, slurry speech, and just down right clueless to why we called him. He said we would have to wait much longer! God forbid if were stranded. We immediately canceled and went through our AAA roadside assistance. Needless to say, AAA sent Express Towing. We received a similar text message with 120 minutes eta and we needed not to contact the driver because he showed up in less then 15 minutes. They even had live gps of the tow driver on his location! ::WARNING:: DO NOT RELY AND TRUST ATLANTIS TOWING WITH YOUR FAMILIES ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE! I dont actually give Atlantis any STARS! Zero STARS! Service: Car towing
