        This is a late entry, but I have to say that this experience still haunts me months later. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I hired them to repair an electric stove. A few days later the stove had failed to operate once more. It took them weeks to come out and look at the oven again, and when they finally did they accused me of tampering with it. Totally ridiculous accusation. They were INCREDIBLY RUDE and confrontational, and failed to take accountability. Scroll down and you will see several similar experiences. I ended up buying a new oven and never getting my service refunded. $300 down the drain.

        I paid $501 to repair an ice maker. They came out three times over 6 months and it still is not working. I've called and email with no response. Do not use this company

        New England Filter & Appliance is highly recommended. I have called them a few times, appointments are fast and...within minutes my appliance is repaired!!! If parts are needed to repair your appliance, not an issue ( They order your parts and your appliance repair is completed within days )!!! I give ( NEW ENGLAND FILTER AND APPLIANCE 10 STARS ((((((((((((**********))))))))))) SERIOUSLEY !!! THE TECHNICIANS ARE ALL UP TO DATE ON REPAIRING THE LATEST NEW APPLIANCES OUT ON THE MARKET, SO CURTIOUS, POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL! NICE PEOPLE!!! THANK YOU NEW ENGLAND FILTER AND APPLIANCE FOR HAVING TECHNICIANS THAT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING!!! WHY CALL THE REST WHEN NEW ENGLAND FILTER & APPLIANCE IS THE BEST!!!         They don't even deserve 1/4 of a star. The short and simple... find another company. Trust the bad reviews! They all spoke true. EVERY single one of them was relatable. They will speak to you as if you were born yesterday and will say ANYTHING to support whatever lies they're spilling. I asked "Will this new part fix my problem?" The "tech" guy says "yes".... he's the "professional"....ordered the new part and had it installed... only to have the same problem. So now they have every excuse as to what could be causing the issue. Save yourself the trouble, you deserve better. Go with another company.
