Been going here for a few years, never had any issues. Everyone is polite, efficient and very welcoming.

During my visit for my yearly physical I had lost one of my earings. I called and they put it aside for me to pick it up. However, today when I went to pick up the earing the young receptionist as I walked in without a greeting she abruptly said she was going to be with me in a minute and knotting her head as if she was annoyed. Kindly I told her I was just there to pick my earing and she cut me off and knotting her head once again and annoyed told me it was going to be a minute. She asked for my name and day of birth gave it to me I told her to have a wonderful day and she slammed the window without saying anything. Not a nice warm feeling when a patient walks in to a doctor's office and gets that attitude as a first impression and last impression. Unfortunately, whether your experience with the other staff was pleasant she was my first and last impression of the practice.

Called today to book a sick appointment explained my daughter has had a fever for a few days now and was told that they weren't booking any sick days that they would get back to me to schedule for sometime next week!!!!

The receptionist Jess is unprofessional beyond belief and seems to feel that she has the upper hand because she works the phones. Theres been several different occurrences with her ending the phone call threating to leave notes about my behavior when Im simply standing up for myself when shes being rude, condescending, cutting me off/talking over me, and constantly giving attitude Ive had to call back and speak to another receptionist to make sure my appointment was made. Ive been coming here since I was a child m, and have never had an issue until Jess began working the phone.
