I am someone who does a lot of research before reaching out to schedule a service eye contacted a few places RNC was the only place that got back to me in a timely manner! They were on time knowledgeable quick and friendly as well as transparent I highly recommend them!!!

Great father-son duo came out to fix my washer/dryer unit's broken vent. They explained what was wrong, fixed it, and even tried to help level the machine a bit. Service: Dryer repair

The bad news is that I had to have my dryer fixed. The good news is that I have found a great appliance repair company that I will definitely call again when the need arises. Bob Sr. and Jr. came out today after I called just yesterday. They were on time, professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed and fixed my dryer problem. They also provided advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. Im very happy with the service that I received. Service: Dryer repair

I had these guys come in and repair a 3 year old dryer in June 2022 that was not heating up. It took them a few attempts to get it working, replacing the heating element. It still not function 100%, but it was OK. It died again in  Feb 2023 and I called and left a phone message and on their web site explaining that it died again. Did not get a call or email. Finally, I had Doyons come out and repair it and they said the part they installed was not properly installed. It shorted out and could have caused a fire. Be careful with these guys.
