Had an appointment scheduled since my last visit in May. I went to the facility at the time of my appointment to the sight of signs in the window notifying that they are closed for remodel. You'd think maybe they'd have notified people with appointments? Nope, closed since July without even a voicemail or email. Inconsiderate when you consider the appointment card threatens a fee if a patient cancels within 24 hours of an appointment. Telling to me about how the customer is considered for. I'd begun a search for a new provider prior to this experience already and this is the final nail in the coffin. Now off to a wait-list when I could've scheduled something else months ago.

booked an appointment 3 months ago tried to call all day to confirm ,went there and they are closed for remodeling you think they would have called and told me so unprofessional

I recently moved into the area and am getting married out of state. I wanted to get my teeth cleaned and a whitening service before then. I only had about a week to get it all done. The whole staff worked on getting me in and getting all the work done in a short period of time. Dr P even stepped in and did the cleaning and the whitening went great. I highly recommend the care and service this team provides!
