        The customer service and communication is great. I had difficulty receiving a specialty medication that resulted to not being properly stored due to the courier but the pharmacist was super helpful and had an alternative for future prescriptions. Issue was resolved.

        Sept2022: 5: I would recommend this pharmacy location and business. I helped my father get started way back when with this specific online pharmacy through Boston Medical Center. They consistently send medication in a timely fashion after being placed or when listed on the refill order. He has gotten phone calls confirming information that was listed on the prescription to verify information. We have not had any issues with this pharmacy for the personnel working for the pharmacy. The pharmacy and the personnel have been great in our opinion.
