        Make sure it's the CORRECT car when you call to ask about the progress of it. The representative was nice, but they gave us the wrong information for weeks which lead to such disappointment. Someone rear ended us and our insurance partners with this shop to do the repairs. We called for weeks to track and monitor the progress of the car. Everything looked great! We were excited to have our car back, and the day before we were supposed to pick it up....we find out that it was somebody else's car (with the same make and model AND last name), and ours was actually declared a total loss (the accident wasn't the only thing that gave us whiplash lol) There was some confusion...human errors, but it was so disappointing especially after having called so many times :/ just make sure it's the right car!!
