Compass Medical Quincy

This is not a review of any of the fine doctors i have seen over many years. This is strictly a review of their phone system. Long gone are the days of calling your doctors office and having a receptionist or secretary who actually worked in the office and picked up the phone. Now you get an automated system with numerous prompts which only put you on hold and make you listen to obnoxious canned music. It takes forever to get your doctors office in the phone when you have a doctor that is in the Compass Facility.

We really like my wife's PCP, Dr. Shah. He gets 5 out of 5. But the office staff that you have to deal with gets a 1 at most.

Avoid at all cost. You will get better care at a veterinarian office. Front staff is useless and Liars. All need to be terminated. Spent 40 min. Just trying to get them to answer the phone. Good luck if you choose to get your care here.

They don't answer the phone during business hours, Sometimes, they say "leave a message" but never return it !

I have been going to Compass Medical in Quincy for years and they have the best office staff, nurses and doctors !!!!
