Dr. Cressman and his staff provide the best all-around experience in dental care.  From the front desk and business office to my children's appointments with Dr. Cressman, I have found that he and his staff take the time to answer all my questions clearly, explain any and all options for treatment, and give me room to make my own decisions. (Pat has extraordinary patience and greets everyone with a smile.)  My daughter had some minor complications related to getting her braces; on his own initiative, Dr. Cressman took the time to consider alternative approaches, called me back for a second meeting (still no charge), explained the two options to me any my daughter, and left the choice up to us with no pressure.  All of our children with braces have gone to Dr. Cressman for service and we have only been pleased with each interaction, knowing that we are getting the best orthodontic care.
