Sturdy Memorial Associates of Plainville miss handled multiple appointments. First, I had a visit to see Dr Rice. I booked for a new patient appt. I mentioned I had some concerns and they booked me for a sick visit and didn't even address the regularly scheduled OBGYN annual visit. Next, at the same time I booked a new patient appt for annual physical with a new primary care physician Dr. Yanac. That was booked in June for October visit. I was within 15mins of the appointment, granted late but still within their threshold and they refused to see me. They said I had to rebook and the earliest wouldn't be until January. I advised I had some health concerns to address and they said I could see the NP the following business day. I received a phone call the morning of my appt and was advised I couldn't come in because I was considered a new patient and you cannot have a sick appointment being a new patient. So now I am left without any care. I feel this place has grossly mishandled my healthcare on multiple occasions. WARNING do not go to them as a new patient. Find care elsewhere!!!

Lisa Banian is a horrible horrible doctor. She kept saying nothing was wrong with me and I just had anxiety. All she would do is roll her eyes at me. Another doctor found out that my intestines were messed up. Hope they fire her
