My 8 year old Bryant gas furnace suddenly started shutting itself off. I could jump start it with the switch on the unit but eventually it would just turn off again. Other than annual maintenance, I hadn't had to call for service before. The manufacturer gave me Comfort Control Mechanical's (CCM) name as an authorized Bryant repair service. Right from my first call to the office and speaking with Kelly and David, everyone was friendly and responsive. That afternoon, Luis arrived. The problem turned out to be elusive and difficult to diagnose, but Luis went above and beyond to check every possibility and stuck to it until he was confident the heat was going to stay on! Later I received a follow up call from Brad to make sure all was still well and that I was totally satisfied. CCM's entire team has a high standard of professionalism, quality of work, sincerity, and concern that's getting harder to find. I recommend them without reservation. Service: Repair heating system

I have been doing business with Brad and Comfort Control for 10+ years as he installed my efficient boiler several years ago and most recently in June of 2020 his crew installed 3 mini split ductless units. His crew was professional, punctual and courteous. After the install, Brad followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was working properly. The final system matches my general vision and your clever “optimal solution” exactly. The care of every one of your staff was exceptional, especially with the large crew getting it done in one efficient day, all careful with COVID safety measures. Everything is placed in the best location, tightly and neatly tucked, hidden as well as possible. A real quality touch. The system works just as you predicted.
