“As manager of Information Technology at Hyline Cruises, I’ve worked with Mike Lawlor and his staff at Netwide Technical solutions for a good while now, going on year three. NetWide has handled several disparate and critical IT functions for Hyline: disaster recovery, business continuity, perimeter security (with a series of Sonicwall firewalls), security training, server patches and support, and workstation support. Mike has ably partnered with us on a move from local Exchange Server, running 2013 to Microsoft 365. He was the lead technical person for a series of firewall and wi-fi upgrades at Martha’s Vineyard, the island of Nantucket, and the Cape Cod Canal. Mike has even provided us with expertise from his network of professional partners, like Retrofit and NCG Office Systems, who helped us on some major projects. Further his several security and industry certifications, including CySA+ and InfraGard is proof of his in depth knowledge and resources.
There are a lot of IT consultants in a tech-savvy state like the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and I’m familiar with dozens of them. In my opinion, none possesses the unique combination of professionalism, customer care, technical knowledge and a dogged determination to do a job properly for the customer, than Mike Lawlor and NetWide.
