        Apartments are infested with mice and roaches and are not well maintained. There has been a hole in the ceiling for at least a year and there is clear water damage in the ceiling and walls. There is very limited parking and my car has gotten hit many times in the parking lot. They will show up at your door at 8 am with no notice to perform an inspection or maintenance. Don’t live here. Better off living in your car.

        I moved out on June 30th, 2020. It is now August 10th, 2020 and Mike has yet to give me back my security deposit. It is the Massachusetts law that landlords provide their security deposit back to its tenant within the 30 days. Mike has emailed me on July 13th, 2020 on what address he should send my security deposit and I’ve emailed that to him. Unprofessional.
