Joe is always helpful and accommodating. I travel from Maine because this guy has a respectable business and thats where I send anyone I know that needs medical supplies.

We rented 2 wheelchairs for the day for 2 members of our group when we visited Salem. The wheelchairs made it possible for them to get around town and see the sights. Joe was very helpful and accommodating. He worked with us on a plan to return our wheelchairs after hours since the store closed at 5 pm due to a holiday. The chairs were in excellent condition and the rental price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Northshore Home Medical!

People who work there are really nice but you have to wait for them. They usually not around in the store you have to call for them and they will come out from next-door or some thing.

Dismissive and unhelpful. I arrived with a physician's prescription for a walker and was told they don't take prescriptions. I asked if they provided a receipt that meets insurance guidelines for reimbursement and was told "Good luck with that."  Went to the local Council on Aging and got one for free.
