The are extremely horrible at communication, bad follow up from Sales Manager/Outside Loan Originator of the Deborah Kerr and her office staff.
When it comes down to down to the wire when it comes to getting to the closing table, the buyers agent, and the sellers agent is standing by in standstill for updates/answers.
This company/branch office needs to do better at communicating, following through with what they promote the Morgage Company to be, and to not let the clients and agents standing by unknowing if we will close.
