    I was sent to the wrong building to pick up a cd with my kids xrays which was this building at the 3rd floor at the billing window. The lady that was working in the window asked me for the DOB, name my phone number ect. So she had to call someone to burn the cd because it was not ready. Then after a while she gives it to me. As I was walking away I noticed the name on the disc didn't not match my kid and the date of the x-rays and the part of the body. I go back and wait in line for long time. And tell the lady I think you gave me another person's x-rays. She was so confused and asked me again for my kids info and shes like oh yeah she's not in our system.

    Having had an MRI under different insurance previously I was satisfied with the company, however, now my insurance has changed it's an entirely different issue. In brief my insurance company says I'm covered, and they confirmed it by calling peabody imaging directly. Peabody imaging says I'm not. I went through this loop twice getting confirmation from the insurance I'm covered, and being told by peabody team I'm not. My criticism is not that I may not be covered as this is the nature of healthcare, rather it is as a potential consumer of their services, and a patient, I am being forced to play the middle-man when all it would take is someone there to take a sense of ownership and care in my healthcare and call the insurance company so both parties are on the same page. Seems the insurance company did it for me, but not the people they are prepared to pay. Disappointing.

    I had an MRI here on 11/23/15. The staff was courteous and friendly. The tech was very efficient but did not make me feel rushed. He was interactive and answered all my questions and concerns. I feel confident recommending Sports Med North Imaging Center to family and friends. Thank you
