I had my septic tank emptied today by David. He broke the cover of my tank and proceeded to tell my husband that it’s not a problem to not have a sealed tank cover. Not only that, he dropped that piece of concrete inside my tank, didn’t even investigate to see if that damaged my septic tank, says it’s ok to leave that concrete there. He didn’t empty all the contents of my tank and didn’t clean the sludge off with clean water. We will not use his services again. We will have someone check our tank and make sure no damages were made when David dropped that piece of concrete inside my tank.

Our grinder pump died on us. Called David at modern septic. He came out quickly and did a great job at a very modest price . Called clean septic first they were extremely expensive!
