Good prices but food isn't anything special.

I've eaten at Town Pizza 4 times... tried the chicken parm sub, chicken cutlet and the pizza the foods ok but the service is terrible. I tried to order delivery from them and it was probably the worst service experience I've ever had. We ordered a pizza and wings at 5:30pm, at 6:45pm called them when the food hadn't arrived to make sure the driver wasn't lost (we were told 45 min when we ordered). The guy told us the driver was on the way. At 7:30pm the food still had not arrived so we called again... we were told the driver is "here" trying to find us. I confirmed he had the correct address and he said he'll be here in a minute. At 8:05pm still no food. At this point we're furious so we call again and we're told they got really busy, he's sorry, and the guys leaving right now with the food and they'll take off half the price. Bottom line he should of told us that when we called at 6:45 not made us wait for 2.5 hours for our order. I would not spend one dime in Town Pizza after this experience. We chose to order from SOKOS the food and the service were better.
