      image We had a poor experience with swim lessons. Instructor spent no time developing trust or rapport and despite the class being near beginner, the instruction was nowhere near the appropriate ability level.  The lesson consisted of rushed half laps with little to no actual instruction or useful coaching.  My child spent most of the time waiting for her turn, teeth chattering.  Instruction also stopped whenever the members needed to cross the lane to exit the pool.
