David and his team handled our mortgage with great professionalism. This was the second time we engaged him to obtain a mortgage. We had an extended time frame between making an offer on our retirement home and the actual closing date. During this period our financial circumstances changed a couple of times. While we personally experienced some anxiety over our ability to close on our home, Dave guided us through the ever-changing landscape to a successful outcome. The man has great patience.
