If you are contacting Petrocelli Public Adjustors, then you are most likely in the same predicament as I was recently.
Based on my experience with Chad Bishop and Sue Sirois, you are in good hands.
From the minute that I contacted Chad and spoke to Sue I knew I made the right choice.
Their thoroughness is outstanding as was their communication and follow up. They were patient with all my questions and requests. Absolute professionalism at its finest.
As for the outcome, after Chads engagement with the insurance company as my liaison he was able to get to the right person to understand the situation (bad) and ensure that I was treated fairly.
Sue was also equal to the tasks she handled with the insurance company and making sure I documented everything properly.
Their knowledge of the insurance world is second to none.
I tell people if they ever find themselves in a situation like I was in they need to contact Chad. Actually, Chad should be the second phone call after you call the insurance company. I wish he was the second call I made.
