I feel like I am cared for and not just a number. Quick responses and Claire has always been super helpful with all my needs. Its the only insurance I've had for 15 years!! Great discounts too. Well worth going through them especially if you have AAA.

Rogers & Gray has been handling my car insurance for decades and without a doubt is number 1 with special kudos to Claire Paulson, the client manager. She is thorough, very responsive, shows care and concern for her clients and I always feel like I am dealing with a friend who puts my interests first. I know I’m not her only client but because of her sincerity, personal touch and knowledge of the profession, she makes me feel like I am. You won’t see expensive TV ads running for Rogers and Gray like other insurance companies have but when you are good, you are good and just maybe they don’t need them...

I've been a client for over ten years and recently needed information from the agency regarding my home owner's insurance. I emailed my agent twice, no response. I figured perhaps she no longer works there so I emailed the main email address on the Roger's and Gray site, no response. Service has been less and less responsive over the years. I am moving my business to Amica.
